About Jessica
Biography
Jessica Siegel graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a minor in Cinema-Television. She received her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2017. Ms. Siegel joined Lonich Patton Ehrlich Policastri as a law clerk in 2016 and worked with the firm through 2017. In 2018, she returned as an associate attorney.
During law school, Ms. Siegel worked with the Katharine and George Alexander Community Law Center, where she collaborated with supervising attorneys to manage immigration cases, including work with T Visa and U Visa applicants, and interviewed low income clients seeking assistance with employment-related legal issues. In addition, Ms. Siegel participated in the Northern California Innocence Project and worked to process and investigate wrongful criminal conviction cases. While at Santa Clara University School of Law, Ms. Siegel was included on the Dean’s List all three years, and she earned multiple CALI Excellence for the Future awards, including for Community Property, Criminal Procedure, Appellate Advocacy, and Ethics.
After law school, Ms. Siegel joined a local family law firm as a law clerk and she became an associate attorney after she passed the California Bar Exam in 2017. Ms. Siegel has practiced family law exclusively since that time and has gained valuable experience representing clients in divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, and domestic violence cases.
Away from the office, Ms. Siegel can be found reading, pursuing her creative writing passion, cooking, and taking hikes with her dog.
