I was charged with felony assault. I had a relatively clean record before this charge with no prior convictions. I was extremely nervous when I was originally charged. The system really tried to drag out my case because of the magnitude of the charge and tried to make the first nine months Hell, but David used his expertise and hung with the case. He kept telling me to obey the court's guidelines and in the end the case was dismissed.
