Mr. Provinziano is an exceptional attorney. I hired him last week to collect a debt owed to me by a client. I discussed the issue with him that morning and that very same day he sent out a demand letter. Within 48 hours I received all the money owed to me – something I never thought I would be able to collect! Throughout the entire process Mr. Provinziano provided excellent service, followed up right away, and got me exactly what I wanted. ​I first hired Mr. Provinziano May 2010 for my first DUI charge. Then in Nov.2010 I hired him as my family law attorney for a custody hearing, which had been going on since May 2004 (3 previous lawyers). In Sept. 2011 I was charge with 2 FELONIES poss. of narcotic, my 2nd DUI and my 3rd DUI/HIT&RUN (BAD month). Oct.2011 running a red light, Feb.2012 domestic violence, Aug. 2012 malicious mischief on a tow truck and violation summary probation hearing. Throughout all the court dates, He made me feel calm and confidant that he would work to the very BEST of his ability. Al worked extremely hard on my cases, truly caring about the outcome & it showed!!! Violation probation, red light, DV and mischief/tow truck were ALL DROPPED! Repercussion of my actions, 71 days jail, 18 months alcohol school, unsupervised felony probation, community service and some fines, THAT'S IT! I also have 100% CUSTODY OF MY CHILDREN!!!!!!!!! I will be forever grateful to Mr. Provinziano, he changed my life.

Alphonse Provinziano was more than prepared for my case the day appeared at the Rancho Cucamonga Court. He informed me that he would speak to my ex-husband's attorney and see if we can settle out of court. We were all able to come to a fair agreement with no arguments. I am currently waiting for my settlement from my ex-husband. We will see what happens.

I retained this Attorney for a Dissolution matter and was less than pleased. He charged me an outrageous amount of money and very little was actually done on my case. I considered it more like paper shuffling between his office and my ex's attorney. He did not return my phone calls in a timely manner nor keep me informed of my case. I dealt with several paralegals at his office. Apparently he has a hard time retaining staff so every time I called someone new was working on my case. I did not appreciate this at all. I had no choice but to terminate his services and relied on a paralegal service to help me finish out my case. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone who has a family law matter. I was not impressed for the amount of money I paid to him.

I had been in the process of a divorce/custody proceedings for over two years with little movement, and no end in site. I just felt like my current representation was not getting the job done, though I had spent over $20,000 in attorney fees. I felt like a change was in order so I fired my attorney!!! That particular day I had meet Mr. Provinziano in the hall at court and found him to be personable, caring and empathetic to my MAJOR frustration...I hired him the next day on retainer, and I will tell you it is one of the best decisions I could have made!! Mr. Provinziano and his staff quickly moved to bring my case to closure in a fair and equitable manner. We were actually successful each and every time we walked into the courtroom. In fact he was able to get my divorce FINAL in a couple of months, whereas my prior attorney could not accomplish this in over two years of litigation. I will tell you this entire office is FIRST CLASS, from the receptionist Robin, my paralegal Dorie, and even the billing person Bianaca was of great service to help me work out a payment plan...who likes anyone in billing??? I just want to thank Mr . Provinziano and his team of professionals for helping me keep my sanity and getting my litigation completed with amazing results!!!!
