He was recommended to me by my divorce lawyer and was EXCELLENT!

I hired Mr. Casey to represent my daughter when she was arrested for a felony DUI. Now that this nightmare is over, I want to express my enormous gratitude to Cole and his firm for everything they've done. Outstanding lawyer, outstanding human being. Thank you.

I paid Mr. Casey a lot of money. He was great on the phone and was very nice at first. After I paid him, I could hardly get him on the phone. His secretaries would give every excuse in the book. When he would call he was short and somewhat hostile. I would have gotten the same result with the public defender. Dont waste your money.

I made a stupid mistake. Mr. Casey and his firm were VERY frank with me about what could be done in my situation. He gave me hope, without blowing a bunch of BS smoke to get me to hire him, like the other few lawyers I met with seemed to do. I was pleased with the outcome, it was better than I ever expected. As an attorney myself, I know how so many clients have unreasonable expectations, and tend to blame the lawyer for everything, so I tried not to be that type of client. I am also sure I drove their office crazy but they were patient and did their best to answer my questions. I don't normally write reviews, but I think I owe at least that to Cole. He's a good guy and a damn good lawyer.

Can't rate this guy low enough. Charges way too much, I was told to plead guilty by his rude assistant and that I really had no other option (I never spoke to Mr. Casey again after our initial meeting), and you will be passed around to his inadequate staff. I will make sure that if anyone I know gets into a DUI situation, I will tell them to steer clear of here. Once he gets your money, he will do the minimum for you. Honestly, I don't know how this guy can sleep at night with all the empty promises he made to me, maybe that's why you never get to see or talk to him again after you meet with him...most liars don't like to look ya in the eye.
