I was representing myself in a misdemeanor charge , and went to the preliminary hearing by myself.
The DA offered me a plea deal in the hallway ,what I refused. I was innocent.
The Judge did not like the idea I represent myself, and after I pleaded NOT GUILTY he told me to get a lawyer for the next hearing.
After a long search looking in phonebooks and on the internet, and visiting court rooms, checking out attorneys in action ,picked a few lawyers, and went to see them.
I chose Andrew, and I know now, a made a good decision!!!!!
He really gave me over an hour free consultation, and appeared to be a good listener and explained what can be down in my case, best, and worst scenario.
His office was organized, not full of stacks of papers. Looked like He would have time for me, and my case.
And he did! He called me every time the day before my hearings ,and informed me what happened after each one of them.
He had my case dismissed ,what take much longer that I could imagine.
He saved me the extra time and money, not going to trial!!!
He also retrieved my property from the police evidence storage , and that was not too easy task either!
I would recommend Andrew to everybody and anyone and here is why.
He really give plenty of time at the free consultation, no rush or pressure to hire him.
He answers the phone, or returns your call promptly by himself!
His office is easy to find, free and ample parking, close to courthouse.
He was always on time, he was accessible and knowledgeable and informative the whole time.
He did not spare time or effort to represent me, and took extra steps till the very end.
I highly recommend Andrew Bouvier Brown to anyone, and I would use him again in the future !
I Thank Andrew Bouvier Brown to represent me, have my case dismissed, and have my property returned.

Andy represented my son with his criminal case. My sons case is definitely classified under “complicated to say the least” and yet Andy was attentive from the day I called him. The DA dragged out my sons case for over a year with continuance after continuance and every time we went to court we were left frustrated and confused. They were trying to put my son in prison and had the main DA supervising my sons case. Once we retained Andy those days were over. He was diligent, knowledgeable, professional, encouraging, and hes as sly as a fox. He is well spoken and not easily intimidated. The DA made things more difficult than they normally do and Andy displayed nothing but patients professionalism. Because of Andy’s knowledge and dedication my sons case was settled. The DA was not happy and my son did not spend a day in jail/prison. I cannot thank Andy enough he is the reason my grandchildren have their father home every day. I am forever in his debt. If you are looking for EXCELLENT representation then look no further Andrew Joseph Bouvier-Brown is the only representation that you need.

Andrew has been tenacious in his pursuit of information related resolving my situation. I cannot recommend him enough. His professionalism and passion make him a very effective and advocate. He is timely in his communication and always works hard to make sure I am aware of all the details. Choosing a lawyer can be a difficult decision. One of the best decisions I made was choosing Andrew to represent me.

I was issued a citation for an open container. This citation made me fearful that this would show up on my back ground check when applying for an RN license. Rather than asking for $, he explained the consequences of the citation and made me realized that my situation was not as bad as I thought it was. Overall, Andrew has very good communication skills, knows what he's talking about, responds quickly, and is NOT the money-hungry type of lawyer.

Mr. Brown is an extremely dedicated and knowledgeable attorney. He was the only person that gave me hope after having heard the details of my case. He made the best out of a grim situation and got me out of a very dark hole. Communication was never a problem, Mr. Brown kept me well informed of every detail and he was always a phone call away. He handled my case as if I had been a long-time personal friend, always looking out for my best interest. Aside from being in attendance at every court date, he was always prompt, prepared, professional, and confident. He exceeded every one of my expectations, and achieved a near miraculous outcome. Mr. Brown gave me a second chance at life. Thanks to him I haven't been away from my newborn, he has returned the privilege of watching my son grow up. I recommend him to all others. Thank You again Andy, I am forever in your debt.
