Description: Plaintiff, a 30 year old male, while visiting an acquaintance, slipped and fell in the kitchen area where defendant had previously spilt some soup and failed to warn the plaintiff. The fall resulted in a fracture of plaintiff's left [non-dominant] wrist. He was taken to ER where closed reduction was performed. More than a year later, the plaintiff had an arthroscopic debridement done to relieve pain, which was successful.
