Description: Our 42 year old previously disabled attorney sustained exacerbation of preexisting neck and low back injuries (caused by a previous accident for which we represented this same client) as a result of a low speed low impact rear end automobile collision. Defendants attempted to demonstrate that this new accident did absolutely nothing to change our client’s medical condition but we were able to defeat this argument and recovered the defendants’ full insurance policy for our client.
