Nancy Green responded to us in no time.i felt relieved after the first interview. being an immigrant in this country i could face very seroius concequences such as being deported, but with your help i didnt face any of them. i didnt have to go to the court, i had a group of attorneys that work as a team, i was notified by phone and by email about everything what was going on with my case. Recently, I made a stupid decision to drink and drive. I was caught speeding in the rural town of Moapa Nevada. I was pulled over and arrested for DUI. My blood alcohol was high and I was nervous about the consequences that could come from the court in that area. Michael took care of my entire case and had my DUI reduced to a reckless driving. This was a huge relief and I am astounded at his work and talent. I also have to compliment his staff, mainly Case Manager John Eisele for being so helpful.

I am forever in debt with gratitude with my Lawyer and the Criminal Defense Group because they helped during the time when i almost gave up hope but everything happens for a reason and my case turned out just the way he told me the first day i talk to my Lawyer. I just wish that all the people that will and had made some bad decisions in their life will be able to find the means to hire/use the services of Michael Becker or the Group where he belongs. not long ago i was in so much need of help. I was penny less, homeless, jobless, liquidated my small business, separated., served of a divorce degree, no friends and families my children not with me. I have no savings no income.. I was accused, tickets, this are the only few I could mention..Happening all at the same time. .As the old saying When it rain it pours as it made its accurate remark once again..there are times I just want to run away or give up. Although followup was poor in my opinion, this attorney was very diligent when he did make contact. He should understand the anxiety of the client a little better and head it off by giving information quickly.

Michael and his staff saved my career in Nursing! After getting convicted of a gross misdemeanor, Michael was able to have my charge reduced to a simple misdemeanor! Given the fact that I live in Northern Nevada and Michael and his office practice in Southern Nevada, everything he promised me and my family was put forth and exceeded all our expectations! I requested the services of Michael Becker and his team to do a simple seal of records and it has been over 1 1/2 years. You never meet him and he never talks to you even when you leave frequent messages by phone or e-mail. He is just a bar number for his group to "practice law" and nothing more. They even allowed another employee who quit to seal my personal information. They have changed their phone number a few time since hiring and you will have to track them down to get an answer on anything with your case which will be " oh, thought we were done with your case." Unprofessional and unable to do any kind of law work.

I received a ticket in Barstow for going 5 mph over the speed limit. I disputed this claim. Despite the persistence of the officer, I was given a ticket for 366.00! I was outraged by not only the amount of the ticket but the minimal alleged speed against the limit. I chose to fight the ticket. Mr. Becker persisted and persisted. He won the pursuit with the court and I don't even have a point on my license. Mr. Becker would not necessarily take a case like this but did so because he cared and had empathy for my situation. I would recommend him to anyone; he cares about his clients.

Michael has helped me with my legal battles for many years. The one thing that always sticks out to me is his honesty and concern for his clients. He has helped us in so many ways, and given jobs to felons who would have otherwise been turned away. Michael is an exceptional human being, and his compassion and care for his clients is top notch. If you have any doubts about his abilities just sit back and watch him work. He is a Master in that courtroom.
