Caruso Law Offices exclusively represents individuals with personal injury and wrongful death claims against insurance companies and large corporations. By only handling one type of case--personal injury and wrongful death from motor vehicle accidents and crashes--we can focus our entire law practice on helping those who are injured as a result of the negligence of another person or corporation.

We are proficient in CA and NM traffic laws and commercial vehicle laws as well as the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and other DOT laws and regulations.

Mark Caruso is a 1982 graduate with honors from Pepperdine University School of Law in California. He was licensed as an attorney in California in 1982, and he was licensed as an attorney in New Mexico since 1987.
