After my first attorney advised me that there is no chance of winning my DUI case, and that I should just plead guilty, and on the advice of a friend worked in the state attorney’s office I asked Mr. Nesci to take over my case. He accepted, and I then switched attorneys. During that time he uncovered multiple facts and issues with the case, and when we finally went to court a year or so later, we easily walked out with a Not Guilty verdict. If you are in Arizona and accused of a DUI, I strongly believe that there is no better attorney to defend you.
