Harry J Lenaburg

I retained Mr. Lenaburg (Sampair Group) at the end of December 2015 to represent me in a child support case. After failing to provide the proper documentation at court, submitting incorrect documentation and incomplete exhibits, and not being able to communicate with me during court proceedings, due ...to his hearing loss (which can be verified through video of the proceedings and court records), Mr. Lenaburg took $14,000, never contacted me, and was gone from the firm. While I completed most of the footwork and research on the case (only asking him to complete the legal requirements), he refused complete the requests and paperwork he had promised. His lack of organization, loss/misplacement of documents, failure to respond to email and calls, never made it to court. It went beyond personal misconduct. I am also concerned that his physical and mental capacities should be investigated before soliciting his services. As well, Sampair Group never contacted me or completed my case. But managed to withdraw. I would be very cautious if electing to retain Mr. Harry Lenaburg or Sampair Group.
