I would strongly recommended Alicia to every one as the best immigration lawyer ever. She is a very remarkable person & I confidently recommended to the people who are seeking a real, knowledgeable & strong professional. She is not like the other lawyers who are working for money. By the time I was pregnant with a complicated family issues & additional immigration problem. Amazingly I have received my ten years Permanent residency card because of her strong effort. She made it fast & easy with payment arrangements. She is extremely professional & ethical, generous, helpful, patient, friendly, trusted, a good listener, honest & compassionate & Multi-cultural understanding. She answered my emails & questions at any time & very flexible to meet in an area which was close to me. She is very understanding & explained my case before start the process. She helped me with a lot of things not only immigration process but emotional support. She is still there for me with the citizenship application. Thank you so much Alicia for all your great works & for helping me live in a secured life with my new born baby!

Could not expect more in any area. Alicia was extremely responsive when I had a problem with immigration with my wife's finger print appointment in Hermosillo. Immigration wanted the wrong papers from my wife. Alicia was correct on the necessary papers and Immigration was wrong. LOL go figure Immigration being wrong. Numerous times I contacted Alicia with questions. Always answered in a timely manner with a professional response. Sometimes I felt I was maybe being a pest, but Alicia always responded with a polite and professional response. I do not think there could be a better attorney. Thanks Alicia you are the best.

Alicia provided me with a TRUE free consultation, in which she was a great listener and seemed to have a true vocation for assisting others. What I had been told was a "hairy" case, was in fact, according to her thorough knowledge, not hairy at all. It seems that other attorneys are just trying to take my money. She is extremely generous and ethical: she gave me full instructions on how to apply BY MYSELF, saying that I really did not need to hire her, unless I met complications in the future. I feel very blessed right now. Once again, thank you Alicia and God bless you!

My husband hired Alicia to apply for his green card and I did not meet her until we signed the paperwork. Her fee was much lower than the other attorneys he had met so I suspected he made the wrong choice and was going to get what he aid for. This could not have been farther from the truth. She prepared the paperwork immediately and filed everything within a week. She even met us on a Saturday to make it more convenient for us. She prepared us well for the interview and everything went just as she said it would and four months after hiring her my husband has his green card. Alicia is an outstanding attorney and what makes it better is that you can tell she is a good person who wants to help people and loves the job she does. She made us feel very comfortable during the whole process. I would definitely recommend her!

I met with Alicia to talk to her about deferred action. I talked to some other attorney who told me I was not eligible because I had no proof of being in the U.S. after I graduated high school in 2009. A friend of mine told me to talk with Alicia because she had helped her get deferred action using Facebook posts and pawn shop receipts. I met with Alicia and she took an hour with me brainstorming about different ways I may be able to show I was here in the United States. We were able to come up with paypal transactions, Ebay purchases, Netflix rentals, and internet purchases to piece together the 3 years I was missing. She recommended strengthening my application with Affidavits of people who know me and my chuch pastor. Alicia took the time to get to know me, what I have been dong in the U.S. so that we could prove that I was here. No other lawyer wanted to do that. I was a checklist to them. Alicia told me that there may be a chance that immigration would want more proof so there was a risk in filing because I had no other proof to provide and my case would then likely be denied but I was ready to take that chance. We filed my application in January and I received my approval last week! I am so excited that I can get a job and help support my parents who have supported me for so long and I have the opporunity because Alicia didn't shuffle me out of her office because my case wasn't easy. I can't thank her enough.

Alicia was honest and to the point. She didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear. She was understanding of our situation and compassionate but explained that the last isn't always fair and she set realistic expectations about the likelihood of my wife's waiver being granted. When we received a copy of the waiver from her we could not believe how thorough she was telling immigration about the hardship I was going to experience and she thought of things we didn't even think of but that represented our circumstances to immigration very accurately. You could tell that she took the time to listen to us and hear not just what we were saying but what we meant to say. 4 months later the waiver was granted and my wife was given her green card and my family can stay together. God blessed my family by leading us to Alicia and we are thankful for her hard work for us and her generosity because her fees were low and she accepted payments. We definitely recommend her.

I received my greencard in the mail today and it's because Alicia is amazing. When we consulted with her, after meeting with other attorneys, it was like night and day. I had a couple criminal issues when I was younger. One attorney said I could not get a green card. One attorney told me these criminal things would not be an issue. Alicia told me they were an issue but I could request a waiver if there was hardship to my spouse. I wasn't sure what to do, so she told me that we could file without the waiver but immigration would require one and I would have to show my spouse would suffer hardship. She was very thorough about asking about my spouse's physical and mental health and then told us we had a good change of getting a waiver granted. I was also eligible for deferred action. So she gave us the pros and cons of all options and made sure we were comfortable with our final choice. Just like she told us, we went to the interview, and immigration sent us a notice that I needed a waiver. Alicia prepared the waiver and filed it on Christmas Eve. And now today, I am legal, after more than 15 years, I am legal. I have my green card and my family feels such a sense of gratitude and relief. Alicia is great. She is friendly, and very down to earth. Her honesty surprised us because she wasn't trying to talk us into the most expensive option like some of the other attorneys, she emphasized that the risks were more important than the cost. My family trusts Alicia and we will use her again in the future and refer friends and family to her too.

From the very start, Miss Heflin was very kind and caring in dealing with the issues I presented to her concerning my immigration case. I have spoke to many other attorney's and I amso happy I decided to go with Alicia. She did not worry about trying to soak me for money like the other three attorneys I spoke with. All the other Immigration attorney's were money up front, then I will talk with you. Alicia explained my options to in great detail, and presented me with a very affordable payment plan. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a no nonsense professional Attorney to contact Alicia. You will see the difference. Thank You Alicia, for helping me and my family.
