Thomas W. Seiler joined the firm as a partner in 1988, following ten years as a named partner in law firms in Orem and Provo.
As a leading Utah commercial litigation and personal injury lawyer, Thomas W. Seiler has earned a prestigious reputation throughout the Utah legal community as a diligent, experienced and knowledgeable advocate. Mr. Seiler has earned the prestigious AV rating from Martindale Hubbell. He was recently named one of the top 100 Mountain States Attorneys by Super Lawyers magazine 2013 edition.

Tom did a good job for me
My case was a long haul. It took a few years to conclude. Tom and his team did a good job of explaining, following-through, and taking care of me. They are caring and kind, something I was pleasantly surprised by. They are knowledgeable and well-connected. I am pleased with how they represented me.
