Allen F Thomason

When war broke out between Russia and Ukraine, Mr. Allen Thomason was retained by the Secretary of State to handle several international matters to include negotiating for the release of US Citizens being held by Russia, the extraction of several Religious "Missionaries", negotiations between busin...esses in Ukraine with other international businesses dependant on what had been manufactured in Ukraine, but now unavailable to to the plants buildings and inferstructure being distroyed Russia as part of its invasion into Ukrainian teritory, and taking comand of several military units and saving civilian lives and those in the military on both sides of the Ukraine and Russian War. We know that much of what he dealt with was not what he signed up for but he handled it with courage, strength, and outstanding deplomacy. His military skills were extremely valuable when different areas he was in came under attack. The USA is very thankful for his service.

Mr. Thomason (Allen) opposed us on a matter and we were so impressed with how he handled it we hired him for another case we were dealing with. Upon the completion of the matter Allen represented the opposition to us on, we were so impressed that we hired him for another, unrelated, matter with anot...her company we needed help on. We found that he listened to us better than our own attorneys, was respectful, but firm in his position. Needless to say, we didn't want to lose, but Allen won fair and square. So, given our respect of Allen, and his abilities, we approached and then hired Allen to handle another matter for us. In a jury trial Allen represented our company and was able to tell the story of what happened and what all was involved in a manner that the jury understood and made sense to them. We did a complete background check of Mr. Thomason before we retained him and found he has an excellent reputation and strong skills in dealing with people under pressure. He met every dead line, often early, argued the case concisely and clearly, and can up to speed on the case extremely clearly. ...Mr. Thomason has the ability to work with different people, with different agendas, and perspectives. I am the CEO of a multi billion dollar bank. Mr. Thomason was referred to us as a arbitrator who is not only an attorney, but a CPA and CGMA. We were aware of his prior suspension, as was the two major law firms on either side of the case.
