My Practice

I focus on workers' compensation, probate, and adoptions in Utah. I am a solo practitioner, which allows me to maintain flexibility with my costs and fees. I understand that each case is unique and every client has different needs. I use the facts of each case to charge only what is necessary. My clients can expect me to keep them informed through every step of the legal process. That way, we will be united in working towards the best possible resolution. I keep myself available to receive a client's call, text, or email to answer whatever questions my clients may have.

I graduated from from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University with a J.D. After being admitted to the Utah Bar in 2004, I served 6 years as an active duty Air Force JAG attorney and currently serve in the Air Force Reserve as a JAG attorney.

Affordable Prices and a Great Experience!

Although we had never met in person Mr. Daniels was super easy to work with! Our step parent adoption matter was done all over the phone, email and finalize with a webex court meeting. Mr. Daniels makes the process so easy that the hardest part for us was waiting (at no fault to him!). Thank you Timothy Daniels for helping us complete this adoption and making our family so much more complete!

Great Lawyer!

Tim did an excellent job helping me with the adoption of my niece (now daughter!) Tim made the whole process much less stressful than I had expected, and experienced from a previous lawyer. His fee was very reasonable, not totally outrageous like most other lawyers. He was always so good to stay in contact with me through the entire process, even calling me on a holiday and a weekend to keep me up to date with each step. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions, making me feel more confident during the process. I highly recommend Tim as an adoption lawyer!!

Contested Step Parent Adoption a WIN Thank u TIM!!!!

I can’t say enough good about the attorney Tim Daniels. He is very personable and he knows his stuff when it comes to adoptions. He makes sure deadlines are met and if you have a parent who is absent and has no business being in the children’s lives he does everything he can and pulls from everywhere and everyone he can to prove just that. My adoption was contested and quickly after mediation it was a signed deal from the biological father. He was amazing in mediation he went in knowing mine and my husbands wants and expectations. You won’t go wrong by using Tim. I would recommend him to absolutely everyone!!!

Superior!

Professional, Excellent, and Friendly

Mr. Daniels took my unusual adoption case after several other lawyers declined due to its complexity. He was an excellent communicator, asked great questions, and had a hearing for the adoption scheduled in a timely way. He was personable, shared any relevant information he gathered, and made sure that I had everything I needed to prepare for and attend the hearing. Will definitely recommend

I consulted with Tim for an employment related topic. Even though there wasn't much I could do in my case, Tim was very professional and answered any question I brought up. He also helped me with navigating my rights as an armed forces service member under USERRA.

The best!

This guy right here went above and beyond for us! He was available every time we needed him. He got all the paperwork and extra paperwork we needed to adopt our son. He made it easy and lovely so we could enjoy our day. He even had paints out for our daughter on adoption day so she could paint while we spoke with the judge. Workman's Comp issues

Tim was very helpful in giving direction to my daughter's Workman's Comp denial. He did an excellent job of explaining the process needed to accomplish her next steps in medical treatment, including a recommendation of an orthopedic practice in St. George. This was very helpful, as we are in a small town, and unfamiliar with out-of-town practitioners. He detailed the process and documentation needed to pursue Workman's Comp settlement upon her medically determined completion of treatment. He also explained various Utah laws pertaining to our case, and their implications as we move forward. This was helpful to us in building a case for compensation in the future. We are looking forward to taking the steps toward recovery, and will be consulting with Tim Daniels in the future.

Great Attorney

I contacted Timothy Daniels to help me with a problem with title to a parcel of land. This was no simple task. Even though my case was complicated and time consuming, Timothy Daniels never gave up. I think that many attorneys either would not have taken my case or give up and tell me they couldn't help me. Mr. Daniels is very honest and hard working.
