After graduating from law school, Jarom Bangerter worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Alaska. During his years of working as a prosecutor, he tried over 50 felony and misdemeanor cases to juries, conducted hundreds of contested evidentiary hearings and handled thousands of cases ranging in severity from driving violations to murder charges. Because of his years as a prosecutor in court, Jarom is able to effectively and aggressively defend clients charged with criminal offenses. He has extensive experience in handling DUI charges. Jarom has lectured at multiple law enforcement trainings and was a guest instructor at the Alaska State Trooper Public Safety Academy in Sitka, Alaska.
His trial experience is also valuable to clients involved in civil litigation matters in both state and federal court. Jarom represents individuals and entities involved in a variety of litigation matters involving real estate, contracts, construction defects, debt disputes and personal injury. He is also trained in Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Jarom is an avid skier, hunter, pilot and proud father of four active boys. He is involved as a volunteer at the Soldier Hollow Charter School and serves as a leader for local youth and scouting organizations in the Heber valley.

I endorse this lawyer. He proved himself to be a level-headed and highly competent attorney when he was with the Palmer District Attorney's Office in Alaska. Alaska's loss will be Utah's gain where he will no doubt be a great asset to his firm and his clients.
