Robert completed the process required to update and amend the governing documents for our community association. There was a very nasty and contentious set of minority homeowners who tried ever possible illegal set of maneuvers to try to keep the amended documents approved by a majority of homeowner...s from being implemented! Robert appeared in court for us several times and knew exactly what needed to be done because he was so knowledgeable in HOA law. I was happy to work with Robert; he was always professional, had great ideas, and thought outside the box.
