Outcome: Not Guilty

Description: Client was stopped for driving on the wrong way down a divided road and the officer testified that he was almost struck. Client failed all eye test, walking test, and standing on one foot test. He refused breath and blood. We had no choice but to try it. Immigration consequences if we lost. Not Guilty, no immigration consequences. His wife was most grateful.
