Description: Client was charged with a Class X Felony for possession of a controlled substance, cocaine (125.5 grams). Officers stopped the driver of the vehicle for parking in a bus lane. Upon discovering the driver did not have a valid driver's license, the police pulled my client from the car (after they saw him place a brown paper bag in the glove box) and searched the car. Motion to quash was filed and GRANTED
