Maxine has 4 excellent qualities:
1. she can skillfully present and argue a case
2. she listens--to me, the Judge, the other lawyer. Why court is in session she holds the floor because she hears everything and responds accordingly
3. she cares and is client-oriented--she is attentive to my priorities and my budget, and acts with these two things in mind. She was both my second lawyer on a protracted divorce settlement, and, now my post-decree lawyer. The difference I have in priorities is reflected the way she represents me--highly appropriate to each situation.
4. She is up-and-coming and very well networked and liked.
Maxine works for a large firm, and quite a few Judges and a lot of the legal Big Boys in Cook County not only know her, they respect her.
