Inadequate, disorganized, unprofessional. Gabrielle S. Davis took $3,000 of a retainer from me and provided me zero service except email communication and unnecessary trips to her office, literally I received no service, she never represented me in court and wrote one document for me that was factual...ly incorrect on many levels and I ended up revising it and submitting it pro se (myself). She intentionally brought me into the office to go over information she already had at her disposal, we met three times in her office, each time I needed to reintroduce her to my case. When I attempted to dismiss her of her services, during the COVID pandemic, she refused to dismiss herself without charging me to do this, which conveniently cost me the $600 left of the retainer! Three other lawyers, including my ex wife lawyer advised me that once terminated, Gabrielle was responsible to remove herself at no cost to me. She put my back against the wall during a global pandemic since I could not proceed without her removing herself. This speaks volumes to her character. After consulting with two attorneys after Gabrielle, as well as opposing counsel, they all agreed that Gabrielle is unprofessional, took advantage of the pandemic, and provided me no service. It is important to note that one of two lawyers I met with after indicated I did not need an attorney at all, and the second attorney charged me $900 (compared to 3,000 and no service rendered) and handled the issue in a matter of weeks. This is my experience and I write this several months later with minimal emotional attachment to the incident.

My experience with Gabrielle Davis was very unsatisfactory as she provided me with substandard service. I made it very clear during our first meeting I wanted a simple divorce and was not interested in obtaining money or shared property from my ex-husband. Over the past three months very little p...rogress made, and the work she did do was consistently full of needless errors. Gabrielle did not acknowledge documents I sent and would call me requesting items I had previously provided her with. She also scheduled several unnecessary appointments, including meetings for me to simply come in to review and sign documents that were incomplete and full of errors. She repetitively pressed me to go after more in the divorce after I had made it clear on every occurrence I had no interest in doing so. I frequently felt was that she was only interested in billing me as many hours as possible. When she requested additional funds, I questioned why so much of my retainer had been used with such slight results, she told me to ask my family to help cover her legal fees. After replenishing the retainer account it was weeks before the marriage settlement agreement was made. When I spoke with her about my concerns with the document I learned she had prepared one with inaccurate and incomplete information, when I brought up this was a mistake on her part she instantly indicated she that she would be withdrawing as my lawyer and to not call her again, all this one week before my court date. She refused to fix the document she erroneously prepared and told me that I would be billed for the unusable martial agreement

I have had the pleasure of having Ms. Gabrielle Davis represent me in my recent divorce case. She has the experience and the complete knowledge in her field.
