Brandon Davis did a great job representing my son for a traffic violation. He was able to negotiate terms with the judge which were fair and the final cost was far less than it would have been if we had to pay the fines and court costs.

I have always been skeptical of working with attorneys, but Brandon Davis really changed my opinion. From the very beginning he was friendly, accessible, and very knowledgeable (especially in dealing with CDL's). He made what could have been a very bad experience a pleasant one. My family and I are very grateful for your invaluable assistance and we will pass on your contact information to everyone in need of your expertise. Thank you so much!!

After being pulled over and having my license taken away as bond, and being told I needed to find a lawyer and make a court appearance, my mind was racing. I had no idea that at certain speeds over the limit can lead to misdemeanor charges, and even scarier, not just high fines but jail time?! As soon as I had a moment later that morning I just started blindly searching
online for some answers, half looking for relief/reassurance of
some kind. I came across the reviews on this site for Mr. Davis
and contracted him via email with the details of my situation.
He emailed me back and we set up some phone time for a
consultation. Although I was still anxious about the situation,
he was so kind and informative, and eased my nerves.
Between my unpredictable work schedule and chasing my two
year old around, emails were my preferred method of
communication, but since he was always great about
responding I never felt distanced just because we weren't
communicating on the phone instead. For the day of my court
appearance he gave me clear instructions of what to do and he went in to take care of everything. However, we had a bit of
a curveball thrown our way when we learned that my ticket and license had been lost by the court. He kept me informed and
calm as he continued to work on resolving the matter very
much in my favor. I hope I don't ever end up in the same situation but if I do, there is no one else I'd rather have by my

I hired Brandon Davis to represent my sister. He did a great job and was both very responsive and trustworthy. Brandon represented my sister very well and the results ended up better than I expected when I hired Mr. Davis. From this point forward, I will call Brandon if I ever need a knowledgeable, honest and fair attorney who does an excellent job.

I would like to thank Brandon Davis, who did an excellent job representing me on a class A misdemeanor speeding ticket (35+ over the speed limit) in excess of 100mph. He was very knowledgeable, and laid out exactly what my options were and what could happen. In my situation jail time was likely, but he was able to convince the judge to give me just community service and traffic school. Brandon, is very professional and thorough. I would recommend him to anyone, without hesitation.

Years ago, getting a speeding ticket in Illinois simply meant mailing a check to the Secretary of State's office and maybe paying a little extra if you wanted to take a defensive driving class to keep the charge off of your driving record. Illinois has made a number of changes to their laws over the last few years and when I got pulled over for going 26mph over the speed limit in December, I wasn't aware that I was going to be charged with a Class B Misdemeanor (which could be punishable by a $1500 fine and up to 6 months in jail) until the police officer writing the ticket told me. I was able to work with Brandon to get my case resolved and have nothing but great things to say about him. Anytime I called with a question throughout the entire process, Brandon would always return my call quickly with the information I asked for. Then on my court date, I arrived at the courthouse and Brandon was already there and had worked out a deal with the prosecuting attorney. I only had to sign some forms and let the judge know that I was in agreement with the decision as well. The entire process took less than 20 minutes. I definitely got the best possible results (I ended up only having to pay court costs) and would absolutely recommend Brandon to anyone else that's in a similar situation and needs legal help.

I found Brandon to be positive, knowledgable and effective. While I was insured, I did not have the paperwork in hand. In addition I was caught in a speed trap at the Chicago Skyway. Brandon was willing to represent me (as I am from out of State) and effectively had both my tickets dismissed. I recommend him highly and without any reservation. He did an excellent job.
