My experience with Merrill was great. She is very thorough and always professional throughout the process. Guided me through all the paperwork and attended my hearing with me. I was able to get my license restored and have moved on with my life. I highly recommend Merrill.

Drivers license reinstatement
My experience working with the Davis law group was exceptional. I live in N.C. so all activities involving my case were handled by phone, texts or emails. My initial contact was with Larry Davis, he gathered all the pertinent info regarding my case, including our discussion of the retainer and the related fees for my case. Larry assigned my case to his daughter Merrill, she is a pleasure to work with. She did exactly what she said she would do. I found her to be very professional and highly efficient in her work. All the receptionists that I dealt with were equally professional and efficient as well. The Davis law group lives up to their stellar reputation in every way, if you want the best lawyers I highly recommend that you call them.

License Reinstatement
I'm thrilled to finally have restored driving privileges after 17 years of wanting/ needing a licenses and fearing the possibility of being pulled over. I'm grateful for the no haggle predictable service provided by this firm. There cannot possibly be a better license reinstatement attorney in the state of Illinois. They knew the playbook and predicted what would occur every step of the way. My case included out of state violations that were simple fixes for the Davis Law Group. My life has changed as a result of their professionalism and legal expertise. Now I can open my career and family up to new job opportunities and peace of mind. Mr Larry Davis
Firstly I'd like to compliment Larry personally and everyone at the office. I first met Larry in the mid 90, license was revoked for 3 DUIs, after help me how to write the letters and work the 12 Steps, from the actual documentation to helping me to follow the AA program. We successfully regained my privileges. Sad story was I fell off the wagon about 10 years after that. At least I know Mr Davis and if anyone had a chance it was the Davis law group. I had moved out of State so communication was more difficult. After doing 5 years in prison, even Larry said this won't be easy. As well I needed letters from friends, family, my support groups and customers. This one took years on account we took a different approach. Instead of AA we used my actual support group, My AA friends and family and private consultants. I couldn't believe it ( Larry told me we got this, I wasn't convinced! THEN I got the letter in the mail!! You, John, can go to Florida DMV and get your DL. I almost had a heart attack. Anyway today I don't drink (3/30/08) and am driving with a clean slate. I didn't even have to get SR22 insurance. At my age a valid DL really helps, I'm 66 and mass transportation isn't big in FL, I have doctors appointments, dinner engagements. He is the very best!!!

The absolute best!
My license was revoked for failing to take classes after a dui. After completing everything and being sober for for 7 years I was struggling to resolve this issue with Illinois on my own from out of state. After 8 months of trying to fix this on my own I turned to the Davis Law Group. They were extremely responsive and prompt with everything that they do. I felt like I was just a name on a piece of paper trying to fix this by mail, but the Davis Law Group gave me a voice in the court room and within 6 months of contacting them I got a driver's license back again! I would HIGHLEY recommend their services to anyone looking for legal advice. Thank you to everyone at the Davis Law Group, you helped put a 10 years struggle end for me!

By far the best Law group I've ever used.

Great experience!
Merrill and The Davis Group handled my DUI license suspension with the utmost efficiency, professionalism and compassion. It is a very challenging situation emotionally and logistically. Without a doubt, hiring Merrill was the best decision I've made in a long time, you can't go wrong.
After over 20 years of avoiding my driving history of multiple DUI's in my past, Merrill Davis orchestrated every step I needed to take to clear my name and get fully reinstated even though I live out of state. Do yourself a favor friend, do not mess around, get the best help you can because you just can't live without your freedom of movement. If you're wondering about the price, I found it to be extremely affordable. A lot less than getting caught driving. Let that sink in. I'd say Good Luck but the real truth is after hiring the Firm, I firmly believe your already on your way to better days. Just saying.

Driving Privileges
My father had a very difficult case and a lot of lawyers didn't even want to help us. Larry and Merrill took on this case and were very helpful throughout the whole process. My father was able to get his drivers license back after many years of it being revoked. He had driving offenses dating back to the 80s. I'm very happy I chose the Davis Law group for my fathers case and I will highly recommend them.
