I hired Tracey Wood & Associates to help me in a domestic case with my ex-girlfriend. I ended up with no criminal convictions on my record. All the attorneys and staff were very kind and professional.
I hired Tracey and her firm to represent me when I was being investigated for a touching of a child I didn’t do. Not only did I not get convicted—I was never charged. Tracey told me that the best way to handle these situations is to deal with them before someone is charged in court. She said many of their clients come in before being charged in court, and she hoped to be able to save me the embarrassment. It would have ruined my job if this had been in the papers. I’m very grateful.
I have a CDL license and got a drunk driving in Wisconsin. I would have lost my job and license if Tracey hadn't saved them. From the first time I spoke with her, Tracey told me many defenses to my charges. My previous attorney told me I didn't have a case, which is why I switched to Attorney Wood. Not only did she defend me, she got charges dropped.
Attorney Wood represented my son in an OWI case in Columbia County, Wisconsin. The case had special circumstances relating to probable cause. Attorney Wood identified the defense at first counsel. The disposition of the court proceedings appropriately resulted in dismissal of the the charge by the county. Between Attorney Wood and top rate staff we were well informed of the work in progress. I can enthusiastically recommend this firm to do everything that is proposed.
I was charged with my first OWI in Wisconsin and have CDL. I was pulled over for weaving in my lane and then received OWI and refusal citations. Tracey explained to me how weaving in my lane that doesn't adversely effect traffic is not illegal and that with an improper stop without reasonable cause, my case might be dismissed. Sure enough, 5 months later all charges were dropped and I still have my CDL. I couldn't have hired a better, more knowledgeable or experienced attorney to handle my case. I could easily have lost my CDL and my job, but Tracey saved them both.
I hired Tracey to contest my OWI case about 1 year ago. From the first time I spoke with her, I could tell I had the sharpest OWI attorney in Wisconsin. She quickly explained several defenses in my case that no other attorney I spoke with even knew existed (I called about 6!) and how her firm would attack each issue. After several months, my OWI charge was reduced to a lesser charge and my refusal was dropped completely. I highly recommend contacting Tracey Wood as soon as possible if you've been charged with an OWI in Wisconsin.
I was charged with a first OWI and hired the law firm of Tracey Wood & Associates. They are amazing lawyers! I was kept up-to-date with what was going on in my case and they we able to get the OWI charge reduced to a reckless driving. This saved me so much money on car insurance and I avoided having to have an ignition interlock device. This incident was very embarrassing to me, but they kept me out of court so people were not aware of what happened. Thank You So Much!
I hired Tracey for a second offense OWI case in Dane county. It wasn’t an easy case. Before hiring Tracey, she provided me with realistic case expectations and informed me of the options that I had in front of me. Those options included which other attorneys to consider before I ultimately hired her.
When I did hire Tracey, I actually hired the entire team of knowledgeable, courteous and respectable individuals at Van Wagner and Wood. I was kept well informed through the entire court process. Specific case questions that I had were always answered immediately.
Tracey was able to settle my case with a very reasonable offer. I would recommend her to anyone in the position that I was in.
I am from Chicago, Illinois, and was arrested in Madison, Wiscosnin for drunk driving. I wasn't drinking, refused to submit to their test, and could have lost my job over this. While researching the possible consequences online, I found Tracey's website. I was impressed with all of the information there and in her BLOG. I hired her and she got the charges dismissed. She responded to my e quickly, and was very knowledgeable about Wisconsin drunk driving laws. I recommend her to anyone reading this profile.
