THE BEST LAWYER IN MADISON

We hired Jonas for three criminal cases, he solved all of them very quickly, with minimal expenses and even removed the removed criminal records from background report. He is very professional in his demeanor and very put together. He explains everything very well, down to earth and pragmatic. We are very grateful to him for helping us in a difficult situation.

Fantastic Attorney

Jonas and David are fantastic lawyers! Amber is the best Paralegal on earth! I was charged with multiple felonies and it took some time but the cases were ultimately dismissed. Throughout the entire process I was treated very well by all of them. If you find yourself in a bind I highly recommend that you call them!

He is the most fantastic lawyer in all ways! His knowledge, experience, kindess, and charisma are endless! So pleased!

My lawyer made my OWI process through the initial visit with him until the end very easy. I felt humiliation about the whole situation, but his whole team made me feel that we all make mistakes. Professional

Though in his Avvo picture he resembles Emilio Estevez, Mr. Bednarek is far more likable and substantial. Mr. Bednarek is, without question, a talented, thorough, tough-minded and tenacious attorney. Helped me out when I was in a very bad situation

My review of Attorney Bednarek

Jonas went above and beyond for my son. This included attending a meeting with the school my child attends. He was also available for follow up questions regarding my child's return to school. He was very knowledgeable of the law and how it applied to my child.

I have 99 problems and the State of Wisconsin is ain't 1

Attorney Bednarek was a stead fast proponent of my rights and innocence through out the long tenuous fight with the state of Wisconsin. Without him and his team I would be writing project innocence instead of this review. For this I am forever in his debt. I would highly recommend him for an attorney and advocate.

Pretty good.

I have hired Jonas to represent me 5+ plus times. He is a really good lawyer. Got me out of some bad times. But you ultimately need to be able to call the shots. The da offers you this I said no that won't work and jonas got me what I wanted and I settled. I'm satisfied without any criminal charges on my record to this day.

Friendly, personable, available, and easy to work with

Jonas and his co-conspirators provided attentive and helpful service. They explained everything clearly and kept me apprised of changes, and were around to help out with problems that cropped up after the case was closed. As far as whether or not I received the best reasonable outcome I have only Jonas's expertise to rely on in that respect, but his team was always up font with me about what the possibilities were, and while I didn't make things easy as a client they rolled with the punches and kept everything on track.

Gets the job done.

Jonas and his team did an outstanding job with my case. His team is helpful and get answers Ina timely manner. Jonas isn't going to sugar coat anything for you and I really liked that about him. Well worth the money I spent and I would recommend him to anyone who needs legal counsel.
