Description: This was a product liability case involving a dump truck. The dump bed stuck up in the air and david bowling touched an unguarded dropping mechanism positioned under the dump bed. We argued that this mechanism should have been guarded. This was a landmark case in the field of ohio product liability at the time. this case went all the way to the supreme court of ohio.
