I always tell my friends and family to please refer their friends to me but that I hope they never personally have a need for my services. The reason is because I'm an accident, injury and divorce lawyer.
I help people who are going through some of the worst events of their life. My clients come to me when things are bad and they need help. Sometimes it can be tough seeing the pain an accident victim is going through or the heartache of a mother or father whose spouse has just left them. But it's rewarding to know that I can have a positive affect on someones life.
I'm extremely lucky and I realize that. I love what I do and I love making things better for others, and it doesn't hurt that doing this usually means that all of us become better off financially.
If you've been in a truly serious car wreck or have been badly injured and just want to call someone who is going to be straight with you, give you honest opinions and treat you with integrity please give me a call. I'd be happy to spend some time to help you better understand whatever predicament you may be in.

When an attorney is censured it means he or she did something wrong but may still practice law. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
Jami's comment:“The big red exclamation point showing "Censured" by the state that looks bad right? Until you learn the whole story, that it was because the TN BOPR found I was guilty of "unauthorized practice of law" in TN even though this isn't true & I have always been correctly licensed to practiced law. That a competitor atty filed the complaint, that the TN Atty Gen, MS Atty Gen, and MS Bar found the claims baseless. Much more about this is on my website, please read the full story to see what you think!”
