Michael H Fayard II

also known as Michael Fayard, Fayard Law

About Me

As a former felony prosecutor, I handled hundreds of cases and gained invaluable experience trying cases, both before a jury and the bench.  Additionally, while at the State Attorney's Office, I spearheaded the Unlicensed Contractor cases and I reviewed all cases in order to make filing decision.

In addition to my experience as a prosecutor, I have represented clients in civil cases in both State and Federal courts at every level, and every stage of litigation, including appeals.

I have also been hired numerous times as a consultant and as an expert witness providing technological support in complex civil litigation cases involving forensic data recovery and E-discovery.
