I would highly recommend Antonio Viera to facilitate your Social Security/Disability needs. He is very personable, knowledgeable and definitely has his client's best interest at heart. He also has excellent staff working for him. Everyone in the office is very professional and cares to meet your needs in an expedient fashion. I was and am very pleased with my experience using Antonio Viera for my lawyer. You will be doing yourself a favor in this crazy world of Social Security for utilizing his expertise.

My son was previously turned down for SSDI. At the time we did not pursue, but often wondered if we should have. I went to a meeting and met an associate of Mr. Viera. I explained my position and she suggested I call his office. A meeting was set up to go over our situation and provide background and updates. By the end of the meeting, I was convinced we had made the correct choice. He was positive every step of the way. He explained to us very clearly what the steps were and what the expectations were. The process took awhile but his positiveness never waned. A true professional and a credit to his profession.

I would wholeheartedly without reservation recommend Antonio Viera and his staff to anyone who needs assistance with the Social Security system. He has always told us the truth, explained the laws to us and made himself & his staff at our disposal. Calls to his office are always returned within ten minutes or less! This law office treats you as if you are the only clients that matter! Many people were waiting the day of our hearing for disability, but my husband was the only one to get a favorable judgement. I believe that is due to all the hard work Mr. Viera and his paralegal, Vickie had done prior to the court date. Traumatic brain injuries are very difficult to prove. Tony Viera took me under his wing after I had received a non-favorable result from social security twice. I am a Viera fan and have great respect for his knowledge of the law. I am 25, and was seeking a SSDI case for Asperger's, social phobia and panic disorder. While my doctors did write very specific letters on behalf of my case, it is challenging proving that such a young, seemingly capable person would be unable to work. Asperger's in an "invisible disability". Mr Viera had prior experience with Asperger's. This is a very depressing demoralizing situation to have to resort to, but I had no other option. Mr Viera took the time to explain to me the over all purpose of an ALJ hearing, what I was trying to prove, and that I was very well deserving of getting SSDI. He also gave me a reassuring review of the court hearing the evening before. On the date of the ALJ hearing, Mr Viera had already known the judge handling the case, and answered every question of mine with patience and a gentle manner (which is appreciated very much). He suggested that we arrive about 40 minutes early to the ALJ meeting to show me where I would see the judge and again, what questions were going to be asked and why. But, mostly my mother's and my question's. While in the waiting area, I was keeping a major panic attack at bay, and Mr Viera's calm and reassuring attitude was a relief. I had asked many questions regarding the size of my file and all the papers in it and what would the process be if I get denied.

While the court session was going on, there wasn't any missing, late or incorrect paper work that I heard the judge remark upon. Mr. Viera was very specific and knowledgeable in his rebuttals to the vocational specialist and the judge understood how sever my condition was. I was quite emotional after the hearing and while we were walking to our cars, Mr Viera assured me that this is what SSDI is for, and that I should receive a favorable outcome, and than this experience will be worth it. He didn't belittle me or make me feel ashamed, rather he understood that this entire process was quite hard for me to make at 25. Needless to say, I was very well informed of what was going on with the hearing before, during it.

I had a very favorable decision. Shortly after I received the SSDI paperwork I also recieved threating, confusing medicaid and food stamp paperwork that couldn't be assisted by either parties. I contacted Mr Viera and he promptly answered the call and took about 15-20 minutes explaining the Retroactive payment schedule, and several questions about medicare. He also reassured me that I was well deserving and wish me a happier future with SSDI. I assumed that once he would get his $3,693.25 of the $14,773 retroactive he would dismiss me or seem too bothered to explain the post SSDI situation. I was pleasantly relieve he took the time.

Several of my friends who were sicker than I was, and had more prominent lawyer firms shared their SSDI denial stories and how their lawyers lied to them regarding their outcomes and were very difficult to contact. I had gone into this situation with lawyer's assuming they were the enemy and not to be trusted. This simply was not the case with Mr. Viera and his office staff.

I would recommend this lawyer to everyone who is inexperienced and intimidate with the social security process. In future, if I need any legal assistance, I will be contacting him. He is located in Clearwater and Tampa.
