Description: Client was indicted for conpiracy to possess with the intent to distribute 5 or more kilos of cocaine, possession WITD Methamphetamine and Sale of a Firearm to a prohibited person. He was facing 135 to 168 months in federal prison. Not only did he get a 5K1.1 motion filed for his assistance to the government, but the disparity in the type of sentence he would serve being a deportable alien was factored into the ultimate sentence. In all, his sentence was reduced by 6.5 years and he will be considered for parole into the United States for serving the public with his cooperation.
