I am a senior citizen who was involved in a car accident and charged with a traffic ticket. I do not believe I was guilty of the charge and I didn't want my insurance cancelled. Mr. Forehand resolved this case for me. He was professional and made this a good and peaceful experience.

I was charged with a city ordinance violation involving a dispute at work with a co-worker. Although I was the one who was attacked we both got charged. Mr. Forehand had the video tape reviewed by the prosecutor before trial which resulted in my case being dismissed quickly.

I have never been in trouble before. As a senior citizen I was very embarrassed when a simple burned out tag light landed me in jail for DUI. I don't mind paying a fine but to be accused of something when I KNOW I am not guilty is another story.

I was so angry when I was asked to give a breath sample and taken to jail but I consented and when the results where questionable I asked for a blood test as I heard you should do under these circumstances. I was told I could get my own test when I was released but at that point it seemed useless. When I got out, I hired Mr. Forehand to handle this matter and he did a great job.

Mr. Forehand explained to me later that the breath test results could not be used against me since I was not given a chance to have my own test to fight the breath test results. He also showed the court that there was no evidence of me being an unsafe driver. He got the DUI dismissed and I got my license back.

Mr. Forehand has been a god-send for me and my family. I used poor judgment and drove after I had been drinking. Turned out that I might have been better off staying in the bad situation I was in, because it got worse. I was arrested for DUI in October 2009. Having never been arrested before, I had no idea what to expect. I was referred to Mr. Forehand by an attorney in my hometown in Florida. True to his word, he managed to get my DUI charged dismissed and I was charged with wreckless driving. Jon handled my case effectivly. The only issues I have with him is in how he handles his fee collections. He worked on my divorce for almost 2 years, and never sent me a current bill. I figured that if his work was in excess of my retainer he would of alerted me of this and allowed me to pay as we went. When I received the final bill I was very surprised to say the least. It was many thousands more than my retainer. Less than a month later, he had already sent me 2 threating emails asking for the amount to be paid in full "or else" he would take further actions. I thought we had developed a good working relationship over the time we had worked together but he was not willing to work with me on getting his fees paid in a resonable manner. I have no issues paying him, but I dont need the nasty emails and letters. I just went though a divorce, my finances arent exactly where they should be becuase of it. Becuase of this I wouldnt use him again. He should of either updated me as the case progressed or should be a little more patient now that it is over. This is my first time ever haveing to use a lawyer and I can see why they have thier reputation. I tried to make resonable arragements with him and all I get from him is dirty, collection agency type letters. Buisness is buisness and I guess he will do what he feels is write, and so will I.
