Mr. Clapp is very professional and knowledgeable. He informs his clients what is best for their financial situation. His prices are reasonable and he has an affordable payment plan. I would highly recommend him.

Mr Clapp was AWESOME to work with on our Bankruptcy. We had a difficult case, but because of his experience and knowledge, was able to get our Chapter 7 Bankruptcy approved and finalized in a matter of a few months!! We couldn't have been happier. Charles was always quick to respond, always available, we dealt only with him, and he was always willing to take his time to thoroughly explain or answer any questions we had. It was scary to consider bankruptcy and shopping for a good attorney that was good...we were blessed to find Charles Clapp :)

Legal troubles are never fun, and the process of finding and retaining a lawyer less so. Google search any given lawyer and you'll find endless half-literate horror stories from people who lost their cases and blame their attorney for it, with allegations that would serve as inspiration to a Mafia don.
In my situation, I was having issues with a collector that was harassing my wife and I day and night over the course of years in an effort to try to collect an invalid debt. Even the company to whom I supposedly owed the initial debt to agreed it was erroneous, but the debt had already been sold. In any case I knew my rights but didn't think I had any actual recourse. It got to a point where they started up with their chest-thumping litigious nonsense on an already bad day for me and I retained Mr. Clapp as counsel to put an end to it.
Though I initially saw the words "bankruptcy lawyer" and overlooked him, the problem fell within his domain and thus I have absolutely no regrets about hiring him. During our scheduled appointments, he was courteous and professional, and well-versed in all aspects of this particular field of law (credit law? I don't know what it would technically be). Unlike some of the other attornies I talked to, his office didn't look like Saul Goodman's-- it was clean, modern and professional (some places I went to were just dingy and gross-- I don't tolerate sloppiness from someone who might have to represent me in court).
Anytime I had a question, he had an answer, or got back to me with one shortly, and even managed to fix a few other minor issues I was having that other attornies I had talked to said was either impossible or something I would have to do on my own.
A few sternly-worded letters from Mr. Clapp put an end to this particular collector's campaign of harassment, and the few times I've had follow-up questions in terms of mitigating the damage done to my credit by this collector, he has been more than helpful.
I really cannot recommend Mr. Clapp enough-- if he was willing to go so far above and beyond for my minor legal request, if I ever filed bankruptcy, I'd definitely be going to him with my case.

Had to send numerous emails to get answers and when finally answered I was spoken to like I was an inconvenience. Mr Clapp's fee is 300-400 higher than other bankruptcy lawyer. Was happy and pleased at first but when I was ignored and spoken to like a nuisance I lost respect especially after the case was diacharged.

Attorney Clapp is the best bankruptcy lawyer in Georgia! I had a car repossesed that he was able to get back for me within 48 hours, harassing creditors that he was able to completely stop, and an eviction that he was able to halt!!!!
This man instantly worked miracles on my Chapter 13 case! It felt good to finally balance the scales in my favor finally for a chance. I totally recommend him to the fullest if you're in the same boat or worse!

I owned a small business that went belly-up during the recession. I have some very complex legal issues, including a trust and assets. Mr. Clapp guided me through the bankruptcy process and got me a discharge.

MR CLAPP DID A GREAT JOB FOR ME IN MY CHAPTER 7 BANKRUPTCY.

I had a $2.5 million dollar judgment from a real estate deal that went bad. The creditor was garnishing me and I didn't have the money left to pay my mortgage. Mr. Clapp helped me file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, the garnishments stopped, and he even got me part of the garnishment money back! He was a life saver.

My car was repossessed and I couldn't get to work. I waited longer than I should have to file bankruptcy, but Mr. Clapp was able to get my car back anyway. Thanks Mr. Clapp!

I lost my job and bills were starting to stack up. I had a good lead on a new job but I missed some mortgage payments and the bank sent me a notice of foreclosure. Mr. Clapp managed to stop the foreclosure so I could get my new job in order. Now I've got a new job and I was able to keep my home. He even helped reduce my car payment and get rid of the second mortgage on my home!
