He advertises free Initial Consult however, when you get in his office, he states there is a $400 CHARGE IF YOU DON'T RETIAN HIS SERVICES!!!!!
This atty is very defensive and has a negative attitude. He has no respect for a persons spouse and does not have the most industry knowledge. He does not have a serving spirit and will overcharge for services rendered compared to other local attorney.

zezima's Comment: This comment was not written by a client of this firm, but obviously by his wife, who was upset because she (her husband) was charged for time the attorney spent talking with her, after her husband requested further explanation to his wife of the ongoing representation, and all matters pertaining to it.
There was never a charge at all for the initial consultation by phone (as advertised), and then there was an additional credit to this client for the entire 1 hour office consultation which followed the initial phone consultation.

My husband I were very pleased with Mr. Zezima's services during our custody and child support modification process with my husband's x-wife. Mr. Zezima fought diligently for us, was nice to work work , easy to talk to and was direct and straight forward in his communication which we really appreciated. In the end we got a significant reduction in child support and a significant increase in custody of his children including deciding vote on all education and medical matters, which his ex-wife previously had (and did not deserve). We would recommend Mr. Zezima.

Tony is effective, efficient, and has a high degree of integrity. I used him on two occasions and I felt he had my clear interest at heart. Oftentimes professionals have conflicting agendas and I had a strong comfort level that Tony was working on my behalf to deliver a superior representation with a constant recognition of the cost/benefit to me.

I cannot say enough positive things about Mr. Zezima. I had been through 3 divorce lawyers over 15 months, who combined had accomplished virtually nothing. There was no end in sight to this bitter, expensive process. Mr. Zezima took over my case, brought much needed focus and clarity, fought hard for my best interests and accomplished a successful conclusion. I have recommended him already to others and will continue to do so.

Anthony, represented me through a long and argued child custody, and child support case. This was during a time when the new Georgia child support guide lines were being changed. He was well informed and up to date with the changing law. His strategies and arguments were straightforward and were prevailing. He was excellent counsel during this time.

Mr. Zezima helped my husband and I all the way through custody and up through adoption. There was never a question whenever it came to him. He is a very passinate attorney, which is something that I found endearing when I used his services. I still refer everyone I know to him. He has been our angel in disguise!!!
