Outcome: As a result of our strong case preparation and argument, the judge granted all our motions and suppressed (threw out) all the evidence of DUI.
Description: Client arrested for DUI in Clayton County, Georgia, with an alcohol breath test of .165 (twice the legal limit). We filed motions to suppress all the evidence based on a lack of probable cause to believe my client was DUI, and asked the judge to throw out the breath test.
