Mr. Fitzpatrick is a Great Listener,does his Homework, and provides results. He stepped in and beat a DUI case in which 99.9 % of most lawyers wouldve told me to take plea or they wouldve got off case.

From the very beginning of my initial consultation with Atty. Fitzpatrick, his passion and attentiveness to detail was very apparent. I've been represented by more seasoned attorney's, but Mr. Fitzpatrick's aggressive nature and positive outlook puts him in a league with the elite in the legal field. Recently, I was notified that my driver's license was suspended due to a non-moving noise ordinance violation in Dekalb County. I was told that I would have to pay $600 plus reinstatement fees in order to have my license reinstated. I explained the situation to Mr. FItzpatrick; within 48 hours the case was dismissed, and papers were issued for my reinstatement. Hats off to Atty. Fitzpatrick- As long as he's practicing law, he will have a lifetime client, and solid referral base from me.
