Description: We represented Stephanie Holt on behalf of her minor child, Dakota Holt who was brutally attacked while playing with a friend – the son of a neighbor. Master Holt’s face was lacerated when he was bitten twice by the neighbor’s dog. Fortunately, Master Holt’s medical team was able to repair his injuries to near-normal condition but Dakota will never be the same. We filed this lawsuit in the State Court of Douglas County where we recovered $700,000.00 for the Holts including punitive damages. This result is one of the highest on record in this Douglas County court.
