Andrew did a great job, he was very efficient at understanding my situation, explaining my options, and detailing out strategies. He was always checking to make sure I understood what was expected next. He was very knowledgeable of the law in this area, the process, and the people involved.

Mr. Lynch is an incredible criminal attorney. Mr. Lynch's expertise about the law and the court system is phenomenal. Mr. Lynch helped me resolve a felony issue and the final result was more than I could have ever expected. I have a tremendous amount of respect for Mr. Lynch. Not only did he help me with my legal problem, he also took the time to to council me on the root of the problem so as not to ever be charged with a felony again. I have never needed an attorney or been in legal trouble before but I found myself in a situation that required to have an attorney and luckily was directed to Mr. Lynch. I felt stupid and embarrassed, but I found Mr. Lynch to be kind and forth coming of plenty of legal guidance and he assured me every step of the way to a positive resolution in my case. His phone calls to me were always informative and direct and I never had to guess which direction he wanted us to go. i am grateful to have been partnered with him during this trying time. I hired Andrew Lynch to represent me on a misdemeanor charge of animal cruelty made by Dekalb Animal Services. I love animals and have never been cruel to an aninal in my life, although due to extenuating circumstances I had allowed the condition of my home to deteriorate severely. Despite the fact that my dogs were in good contition (which they could not deny), DAS seized them. I found Andrew on the Internet and what a great find it was. He not only had experience in trying animal cruelty cases similar to mine, but his knowledge of the law and his initiative in using it to my advantage (and I might add, to the advantage of my dogs) were superb and led to the return of my dogs. The Solicitor General and DAS originally recommended jail time, but Andrew negotiated a plea agreement, with certain oversight provisions, acceptable to the Judge, Throughout the judicial process, Andrew kept me informed of my options and possible outcomes for each. I might have gone on to trial, which, with Andrew's representation I believe I had a more than fair chance of winning,;but because jury verdicts can be unpredictable, I opted for the plea agreement Andrew is not only an extrenely competent attorney, he is also straightforward, principled, and conscientious in his advice and his explanations of the law and my options. From this infornation, I was able to make the decision I believed to be the best for me. Of course, the best decision I made was to hire Andrew. I highly recommend him.
Caught 94/55, ticket for 30 over--no superspeeder, no points on license, no community service. Great lawyer with connections.

Andrew demonstrated outstanding awareness of the various options relevant to case, provided exceptional legal advice before and after my court date, strongly represented my best interests in numerous interactions with the Assistant District Attorney--leading to a "deal" which made the court appearance a formality, and patiently answered all of my questions until I fully understood and was comfortable with my case, the plan, and the outcome. Couldn't ask for more...

Andrew is very knowledgeable in what goes on in court. He explains what you can expect in easy to understand terms - he does not talk down to you. He is well connected, which can make all the difference. We made an excellent choice when we hired Andrew.
