Sabrina is not only personable, but also extremely knowledgable. I immediately felt a connection with her, as this is very personal and very vulnerable of a process. She has become not only an advisor, but a friend and I feel that her attention to detail and her willingness to help in any way with the process are big differentiators for her. Sabrina did a wonderful job helping my wife and me convert and update our old California trust/will to North Carolina law and to our current situation that includes starting our own company. She was very patient and flexible with us and explained everything in very clear layman terms so when we signed the final documents, we understood completely the purpose and our future responsibilities to keep the documents effective. She never rushed us and made it clear up front this was not going to be a fast process as it was critical we had time to research all the facts, contacted and received approval from all those affected and gave us advance copies to read before we came in for the final signing.
I want to also point out Sabrina did a wonderful job educating us about all critical details and reasons for each document and what our options were.

We used this law firm to handle the estate of a relative. We are from out of state and they worked well with us to handle everything remotely. We never had any dealing with Ms. Winters directly. We stayed in contact by phone and everything was explained. We had a fairly simple case and the only thing I would say would have made the experience better was if it was done quicker. Upon inital consultation I was told it would be about 90 days to complete, it ended up taking 6 months. They also worked with us on retainer amount and refunded balance in a tinely manner.

Sabrina's expertise with estate planning helped my wife and I to make informed decisions about what was best for our family. She clearly defined in layman's terms all the legal jargon that was involved when planning our estate. She demonstrated patience by further explaining and clarifying some complicated issues. I appreciated her timely responsiveness to messages left for her. I found Sabrina's name doing a typical search on Yahoo. Her biography and videos were the things that attracted me to meet with her. She is extremely professional however you can see she has a passion for her trade and a love for family and children. She was very respectful to my family, especially my little girl. That only reassured me that I made the right decision. Now, my family is protected. I certainly enjoyed working with Sabrina and I would recommend her for your estate planning needs.

Ms. Winters did a great job of explaining the suite of estate planning services she offers and how each document worked together to provide protection for assets/ensure wishes are met. She was personable and seemed very genuine in her efforts. The answering service was a bit cumbersome, the receptionist asked me how she could help, but then always transferred me to Ms. Winter's paralegal, or his voicemail, for everything, even simple appointment confirmations. Aside from the lack of receptionist empowerment, I found Ms. Winters and her staff friendly and professional.

Ms.Winters provided the services we were seeking in the most professional, thorough and complete manner that could possibly be expected. She is an understanding and compassionate individual who exceeded our expectations several times over.
