I contacted Ms. Cheryl Watkins again recently about some questions I had regarding the estate planning she helped me with earlier this year, and was greeted with the same enthusiasm, professionalism, and care as always. Ms. Watkins is an exceptional attorney that has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to estate planning and administration. I recall having an issue trying to decide whether to file a petition for a formal administration or summary administration because there wasn't a lot of personal property but th...ere was some land. I called Ms. Watkins and she knew what questions to ask which helped me make a good decision. She also advised me on the pros and cons of filing each petition.
