Great Lawyer, Quick Resolution

I hired Tim to achieve dismissal of a possession of a weapon on city property misdemeanor. Communication was clear and quick, and the case ended in a dismissal. I would highly recommend Tim for any sort of criminal defense.

Very Professional, and Very Satisfied

I called Tim on a recommendation from another client and I’m very glad that I did. Tim handled everything personally and left no doubt in my mind that I was in good hands. Tim is an excellent communicator and he saved me a lot of time and stress in handling my situation. I highly recommend him.

Wonderful Person, Excellent Attorney

My name is Joel, I am 37 years old, and the last 5-6 years of my life have been plagued with addiction. Every aspect of my life has been affected, especially legal issues. Tim has helped me along this long journey. I have had experience with other lawyers, he has to be in the top 99%. Not only is h...e an extremely qualified lawyer, he is a great person. Tim would make sure I was doing the right things, even if there was no monetary benefit to him. Virtuous and Selfless. His fees are extremely fair. Without him, getting control of my life would have been very overwhelming.

Extremely Satisfied Client

I highly recommend Tim to handle your case. I had a traffic citation that he was able to get reduced so my insurance would not be effected. He answered the phone himself when I called. He explained what he was going to do and kept me informed every step of the way. I've used other lawyers before and ...after the initial conversation I was never able to speak to them again. Not so with Tim!! That is a HUGE plus in my book and worth every penny of the fees. Do not hesitate to contact Tim.

Wonderful defense attorney

Timothy Emry, accepted my nephews cases without a delay. Although, things may have appeared bleak(Guilty). Mr. Emry never arbitrated my nephews situation and he treated each case with sensitivity, radical efforts, as well as professionalism. His communication was open and I could contact him anytime... whether it was email, text, or by phone. I was able to rely on him, and I was never worried about the turnout with regards to the judges and District attorneys decisions because I learned about Mr. Emry’s character and quality of service early. He believed in his clients. You will not find a better fit for your case than this attorney. I am very satisfied with all that he has done and I give him high recommendations.
