Earlier this year, I received a speeding ticket in Richmond, VA, that was considered reckless driving due to VA driving laws. I currently live in GA and was unable to attend the court date, nor did I understand how to go about fighting the charge due to the unfamiliarity of VA law. Standish Alexander came highly recommended to me through my uncle, back in Boston, MA. I called Mr. Alexander and after explaining the case to him, he gladly welcomed it. He kept me well-informed throughout the entire process and it was completely painless and worry-free, entirely due to Mr. Alexander's outstanding professionalism. If you need representation, I would absolutely recommend Mr. Alexander's services.
I consulted with Mr. Alexander in reference to a speeding ticket in Henrico County. It was good advice. The ticket was dismissed with a referral to driving school.
Mr. Alexander represented me for a speeding ticket in Henrico County. It was dismissed and I was in and out of court in ten minutes. Mr. Alexander is a great traffic ticket attorney. I recommend him.
Stan was very helpful in answering my questions and was able to lower by traffic charges. He was punctual and professional and made it easy to relax in a stressful situation. I highly recommend Stan!
Stan was understanding about my situation and completley handled the case with a calm and non- alarming manner. I would highly recommend him and got a good result with a very complicated issue! I now have a clean driving record !
Mr Standish was very helpful, confident, responded in timely manner, good communication skills and more importantly diminished my fears of being convicted with the misdemeanor criminal offense for reckless driving speeding to almost 0%, even before the court date.
Traveling through VA, I was stopped going 82 in a 70. Much to my surprise anything over 80 in VA is considered reckless driving. I read the reviews and decided to give Stan a call and it was money well spent! He navigated the system well and was able to negotiate a non moving violation. What a relief! I strongly recommend that if you are stopped in VA for reckless give Stan a call!
Standish defended my reckless driving (91/70) charge in VA, getting it reduced to improper driving. He kept me informed, made accurate assessments and predictions, and was generally competent and a pleasure to work with.
Standish worked on my traffic case. I was charged with a misdemeanor (reckless driving), in VA (driving at 90 miles in 65 miles zone). I am a CA resident. Standish successfully got my charge reduced to a non-misdemeanor, into a traffic violation ticket with minimal fine. That was a big relief as reckless driving charge in VA can attract significantly severe a penalty (being a misdemeanor). Really appreciate Standish's expertise and professional approach. Would highly recommend him. Thank you Standish!
Got my reckless driving reduce to speeding violation and expired license charge dismissed. Very good attorney.
