Gave Excellent Advice

I spoke with Ian about a potential case and he was kind enough to give me his time, hear what I had to say and recommend a course of action. All while understanding my claim would likely be too small for his professional time. Five stars, A+, 2 thumbs up.

Ian stuck with my case until we had a positive outcome.

I had a unique situation where I had a tenant move out of an owner occupant property in Baltimore city. The tenant was a nightmare to deal with. Anything she could do to postpone, or take responsibility for her actions, she would do. Ian and his team worked diligently enforcing the legal side and mad...e sure I was in the loop of every step of the process. Ian was easy to talk to, understanding, and compassionate towards my situation. Ian was very knowledgeable in this process and also helped me feel at ease with the situation I was in.

Superb Knowledge and Communication!

If you're seeking a real estate attorney, look no further! Thankfully, I was recently referred to Mr. Valkenet and I couldn't be happier to have talked with him. For me, it's just important that I understand the law, the process, and the possible results and Mr. Valkenet took the time to share with... me all the above BEFORE my making a decision and moving forward. I highly recommend Ian Valkenet to help with any legal issues you may have!
