My roomate and I were having trouble with a landlord that was constantly absent and neglecting the property we were living in. We experienced a number of issues including being left without heat, mice infestation, windows that didn't close, and improper front door security. Gabe helped us to underst...and what our rights were and walked us through every step of getting a city inspector to look at the property, filing to open and escrow account with the city, taking our landlord to court, and following up until all of the repairs were completed and we had closed our case with the courts. He made himself available to meet with us at our convenience, in person, on the phone, or via email. He kept all of our paperwork in order and made sure we got extra copies of everything for our records, and then on the days we were in court he showed up early and talked us through what was going to happen (and even picked us up a few times!) Once inside he was cool, collected, and professional, and made the whole process quick, painless, and informative. Overall a great experience. Hoping I won't have a reason to, but Gabe will be the first person I call if I need help again.
