This firm is only worried about cash settlements, not you!
If your case is not profitable, be prepared to get blown off and given excuses.
If you like talking to useless paralegals this is the firm for you.
They have a great website, and after reading these reviews it is EASY TO SEE they employ them (or do it themselves) to also post bogus good reviews.
You can tell they were not written by average clients!

After I was injured in a car crash I felt useless. I couldn't work, I couldn't do much around the house and I felt horrible. After the pain of the accident I had to deal with my injury, then get jerked around by insurance companies. I called Miller & Zois and actually spoke with Mr. Miller directly. He ensured me I would be taken care of every step of the way, and I actually was! I would recommend Miller & Zois to anyone, thanks again Mr. Miller.

Unless you have a big case he will just jerk you around. Doesn't answer or return phone calls. It would be easier to reach the president than miller and yes I know he is "busy" but he could atleast return calls.

When I came to Miller and Zois initially for advice I'd been with an attorney who I didn't feel was looking out for my best interests. I was so relieved to find Ron not only incredibly helpful and knowledgeable but also very supportive and not at all pushy. Both Laura and Ron were always willing to answer any questions and offer advice and opinions, all the while making certain I knew that all the decisions were mine to make. I so appreciate all the time and effort everyone put forth to help settle my case and my nerves. I don't think I could have found attorneys more supportive, direct, and who were genuinely concerned for me and my welfare.

Mr. Miller has represented me both in personal injury and breach of business contract suits. He is aggressive, responsive and thorough in his pursuit of justice. His communication skills are excellent and he resolved these cases with very positive results in a timely manner. I can highly recommend him as an attorney.

We have thousands of clients. I did a search on a "Kellen" and did not find anyone. I wonder if another law firm put this up.
Admittedly, our firm focuses its practice on large personal injury cases and we turn down many smaller cases. But if we take your case and it turns out to be a small case, we still fight on that case as if it was the biggest case in our office.
