I had a lawsuiet with Mr Bratt and the Firm he works for. 6 months after the begining of my case I sent an Email,asking how things were going. I got one back from the Boss of the firm,sent out to everyone asking if any of them knew who I was.I was so impressed I framed it. a few days later I got an... Email from Mr. Bratt telling me he was representing me.I already knew that . I replied with my question POLITELY. NO REPLY. I did get a Christmas card - 7 months later. 13 months into the case I asked how it was going as I had not heard anything. Reply was " prpareing for litigation." I got that message again 5 months later. 3 months befor the statue of limitations runs out, I get a call from a Lawyer who had HIS SISTER LISTENING ON THE OTHER PHONE TO TAKE NOTES. mR. bRATT had not done a thing,but get my medical records.I could have given them to him. At that point I had a nervious breakdown and spent 4 days in a mental ward . My so called big money lawsuiet up in smoke. As usual Mr.Bratt was not avalible and the Firm didnt know if the lawsuiet had ben filed.
