About Me

At Abramson Employment Law LLC our clients are our top priority. We devote our practice to helping employees fight unfair practices by their employers such as discrimination based upon age, race, sex, religion, national origin and disability, sexual harassment, overtime and unpaid wage disputes and violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act . We also represent clients with claims involving unemployment compensation, disability insurance and pension benefit claims and Executive Employment Contracts. Our goal is to be the law firm of choice when an employee has a problem at the workplace.

We provide high quality, personalized attention to our clients who receive service custom-tailored to their legal needs. High quality work doesn't just mean working hard.  It means working smart.  It means using our experience and skills to provide clients with the best opportunity to successfully settle a case or prevail at trial.  It means listening to our clients, providing sound legal advice, and then vigorously pursuing our client's goals. Employment law claims can be emotionally draining and it important to have an experienced, understanding lawyer in your corner.  If you find yourself having issues with a current or former employer please contact us for assistance.
