He was able to rectify medical bills as well and help us to find a way to put his monies in safe keeping of a special needs trust so he had safe access to his funds for his needs, while maintaining his forever life changing needs that will be met by assistance now and long after his monies run out. Mr. Marciano represented me as a personal representative of the estate of a single parent mother. The mother was killed by a drunk driver and left behind three small children. Found out he didn't obtain my medical records like he was supposed to, even sent back the HIPPA form not filled out. So not sure how a medical expert could look at anything if he did not have the records. Turns out I had to retrieve the records myself all while he basically did nothing for a whole ye...ar. Records have all the evidence you would need and more. Needless to say he asked me how much my case was worth who asks a person who's recovering that....now I only have a few months and case etc. is not resolved.
