I purchased a 2013 Nissan Pathfindet as soon as they were released last November. Started having issues soon after I got it. I have been driving Nissans for the past 12 years so I gave them the benefit of the doubt to fix the issues. As time went on and no resolution I contacted Tim. He handle my case very efficient and fast. 5 weeks from when I contacted Tim, Nissan has agreed to purchase my Pathfinder back under the PA lemon law. I am just awaiting a date to drop it off at the dealer.

Tim was very quick at getting our case resolved. He kept in touch with us via e-mail all the details and very quick at responding to e-mails. He was able to get the resolution we wanted and without filing a law suit. I will recommend him to anyone i know. Thank you Tim for everything

I would highly recommend Tim Abeel to Anyone, when i was told that just maybe i was driving a lemon, who else do you call, but that commerical you hear on the raido, So Tim made everything so easy for me, when i had questions, i got the answer i was looking for, when i needed something i got what i wanted and in the end, my case only took about 120 days from start to finish, and Tim and his team made it So easy for me, and now i can enjoy the car that i bought, and it doesnt matter what kind of car it is, they were a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end, they were always there for me...he truley is a 5 star lawyer.....

Mr. Abeel exceeded all of my expectations. From start to finish, which took over a year, he was always quick to answer my questions, and i felt that he genuinely cared about the outcome of my case. In the end, Mr. Abeel was able to get my vehicle repurchased by the manufacturer under the PA Lemon Law.

Even if the outcome had been different, my review of Tim would be the same. He was professional, kept me updated throughout the process and played no games. He ensured I was prepared prior to both the deposition and arbitration. It is obvious that he has a busy schedule, but I never felt neglected and Tim was always responsive. He is easy to talk to and seemed to genuinely care about my situation. I hope never to have to go through a Lemon Law case again, but Tim would be my first call without hesitation.

We were up against a stubborn manufacturer and I feared that we would end up at trial. Tim did all he could to avoid that and in the end it was settled at arbitration! The manufacturer’s attorney maintained that there was no issue and further that because I allowed my family in the car that it was not unsafe. Tim derided their assertion and stuck to the facts and the Lemon Law statute. He delivered a summation that brought a smile to my face.

I should add that when Tim arrived at the arbitration, he informed me that he had won each case that week at arbitration and that he was three for three. At the end of the day – he was four for four! I can’t speak for the three other cases he won that week, but I think that record speaks for itself.

I highly recommend this lawyer to anyone seeking counsel in support of a lemon. He diligently worked towards settling my case without having to go to trial but once we did, he continously keeped me informed and sent me all documents for review and advised me to the proceedings and all requirements. He advised me to making right decisions and towards my testimony which ended with us winning the lemon law on our 2007 KIA sedona. After KIA continually tried to throw things out of the court, he responded immediately and showed that KIA did not provide us a vehicle as contracted. If I ever had to go back to court for a lemon lawsuit, I would want Tim in my corner.

Porsche didn't want to buy the Cayman back. Tim had to beat them at an arbitration hearing. We were prepared to keep the process moving forward. With the expertise of Timothy's knowledge of the PA lemon law he was able to win our case. Porsche had to buy the car back for the full purchase price.
