also known as Frank J. Borgese
I am a partner at Graham & Borgese. My law firm has offices across New York State, but I am based out of our law firm's Buffalo office.
I have focused my entire legal career on consumer rights, having filed hundreds of lawsuits against debt collectors who violated the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and having defended countless other creditor-debtor lawsuits.
I have had my writing published by the American Bar Association and various other consumer-oriented publications regarding federal debt collection laws and credit card defense-related matters. Additionally, I have also guest lectured on the FDCPA to members of the Monroe County Bar Association and students at Monroe Community College.
I received my juris doctor from the Cleveland-Marshall School of Law, and my B.A., cum laude, in Social Sciences from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
I am admitted to practice law in New York State, the United States District Court for the Western District of New York and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. I am a member of the Erie County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA).
