Mr. Nisar is a lawyer that is pretty easy to work with. He helped me in a landlord vs. tenant small claims court in the BX. I was the landlord sueing tenant for back rent. I provided him all the facts and documentations and he was straight forward with me. I ended on settling but it was my choose . Mr. Nisar was more then happy to take the case further to court cause he felt that I should have recieved all the money that was due to me. The tenant were just difficult people and did not want anything to do with them anymore. I found Mr. Nisar when I did an internet search for small claims court attorneys on Long Island. I was very apprehensive, past experience with attorneys had taught me that they are dishonest, expensive and arrogant. Mr. Nisar contacted me shortly after my inquiry and set up an appointment at his office. We spent over an hour discussing my case, Mr. Nisar was courteous, attentive, professional and honest. He laid out the situation as he saw it, and gave me the options that I had. He was easy to speak with, and had no "airs" about being an attorney. His fees were very reasonable and clearly explained. He met us at court, explained the process, and handled everything with little or no stress to myself. After small claims, I asked him to handle a severance agreement situation that I had pending.
